Our Projects
Our community projects most often start with a % investment in the ownership of housing assets. The Community Growth Foundation seeks to become a stakeholder in the communities in which we have initiatives. We do this, best, my getting deeply rooted in a community as a long-term owner. Furthermore, our ownership interests leverages our ability to actualize our positive community development goals.
